For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Access to and use of the kiu77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. kiu77 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited at the individual user level.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of any employee of kiu77 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game-studio partners.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order. Players who have self-excluded may not register new accounts for the duration of their exclusion period.

To access the full suite of kiu77 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following provisions apply:

3.1 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of the provided details change.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kiu77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must notify kiu77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). kiu77 is required to conduct identity verification before processing your first withdrawal and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued to your registered address — may also be required. Processing times for KYC submissions are typically 24–48 hours on business days.

3.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your Account or any balance therein to any third party. Any attempt to do so voids the Account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kiu77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. kiu77 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any payment method registered in a name other than the Account holder's.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to periodic revision. As a general guide, minimum deposits begin from Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within 1–10 minutes of successful payment confirmation. kiu77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or Indonesian national holidays.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 23:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are generally processed on the same day. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) typically clear within 15–30 minutes after processing. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically clear within 1–3 banking hours. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 3.3.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your kiu77 Wallet are lawfully obtained and that your use of the Platform does not constitute money laundering or any other financial crime. kiu77 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds and to suspend processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory response.

4.6 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment method registered in the same name as the kiu77 Account. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by kiu77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and a promotion-specific term sheet, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and time limits are clearly stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. kiu77 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing wagers to neutralise risk ("arbitrage"), systematic exploitation of free-spin mechanics, and use of virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic or Account restrictions. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent suspension.

5.4 Welcome Bonus. The new-member welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. The welcome bonus must be claimed within the stated promotional window; unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.

6.1 Finality of Bets. Once a Wager is confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued, the Wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform expressly offers a "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature for that specific market.

6.2 Sportsbook. All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In particular:

• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout; a single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg rather than voiding the entire bet, unless otherwise stated.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and may be subject to revision until the Wager is confirmed. The odds locked at confirmation are the final payout odds.
• In-play ("live") betting markets close briefly around significant match events (goals, red cards, penalty awards). Bets placed before such events but after the event has occurred in real time are considered void if the Platform determines that a pricing discrepancy arose.

6.3 Casino & Slots. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. kiu77 is not responsible for any delay between a draw result being announced and its display on the Platform, provided the final settlement reflects the correct official result.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction that affects the validity of a Wager or game round, kiu77 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. No further compensation shall be due.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiu77 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts in contravention of Clause 2.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted bet-placement tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or Platform employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform's infrastructure, including unauthorised API calls, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or Account-level restrictions imposed by kiu77.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kiu77 staff or other members via any communication channel.

All content displayed on the kiu77 Platform — including but not limited to the kiu77 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and textual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of kiu77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any kiu77 intellectual property without the prior written consent of kiu77.

kiu77 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your personal data for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

kiu77 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game studios) is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the contracted service.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiu77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10.2 kiu77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their kiu77 Wallet during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 kiu77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and procedural measures to protect your own systems and data when accessing the Platform.

10.4 Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all funds wagered. kiu77 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.

11.1 By kiu77. kiu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to kiu77; or (d) the Account holder is found to be ineligible under Clause 2.

11.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting kiu77 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified balance — after deduction of any applicable bonuses not yet meeting wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7, 8, 10, and 12 — shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kiu77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits kiu77's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of this Agreement, particularly in relation to intellectual property rights or fraudulent conduct.

For Indonesian Players, it is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing online gaming platforms is lawful under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia as they apply to you personally. kiu77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's decision to use the Platform in contravention of locally applicable law.

kiu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed upon next login. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw your balance.
